Birbhum district is home to several religious tourism sites, including Tarapith, Kankalitala, and the Joydev-Kenduli temple complex. The Chief Minister also instructed the District Magistrate of Birbhum, Bidhan Roy, to address the damages caused to this temple complex by recent floods.
