Signature Global has awarded a construction order worth Rs 1,144 crore to Ahluwalia Contracts for their luxury housing project, ‘De-luxe DXP,’ located in Gurugram’s Sector 37D along the Dwarka Expressway. Spanning 16.65 acres, this ambitious project will feature 1,008 residential units and a total developable area of 28.12 lakh square feet. Construction has already begun, with plans to ensure timely completion and top-notch amenities. Notably, Signature Global saw impressive pre-sales of over Rs 3,600 crore shortly after the project’s pre-launch. With a successful track record of 11 million square feet delivered so far, the company aims for a sales target of Rs 10,000 crore in the current fiscal year.



Real estate development is booming in Gurugram, with Signature Global announcing a significant leap in luxury housing. The company has awarded a construction order worth Rs 1,144 crore to Ahluwalia Contracts for their new project, ‘De-luxe DXP,’ located in the bustling Sector 37D along the Dwarka Expressway. This expansive project spans 16.65 acres and will offer 1,008 residential units, covering a total developable area of 28.12 lakh square feet.

Signature Global’s Vice Chairman, Lalit Kumar Aggarwal, emphasized the importance of collaborating with Ahluwalia Contracts to ensure the project’s timely completion, along with top-notch amenities to attract buyers. Impressively, the company recorded pre-sales exceeding Rs 3,600 crore shortly after the project’s pre-launch.

Ahluwalia Contracts plans to finish the construction within five years. Signature Global has a track record of delivering 11 million square feet across various projects and has ambitious targets for future developments, with a pipeline of 32.2 million square feet planned alongside 16.4 million square feet of ongoing projects. In the fiscal year 2023-24, the company achieved impressive sales bookings of Rs 7,270 crore and is aiming for Rs 10,000 crore in the current fiscal year.

This remarkable growth not only highlights the demand for luxury housing but also reflects the ongoing transformation of Gurugram into a major residential hub.
