Yet, the journey isn’t without challenges. About 44% of business leaders noted that rushed implementations without adequate planning hinder progress. Other significant concerns include cost management, employee training, and the need for stronger data frameworks. Reflecting a commitment to long-term AI investments, 75% of organizations are dedicating at least $1 million to AI initiatives.
To support these efforts, companies are also prioritizing training programs to facilitate workforce adoption of AI technologies. A notable 61% of respondents plan to hold organization-wide seminars, while others are considering external courses and internal mentorship programs.
