Gurugram-based Landmark Group has announced an ambitious plan to invest Rs 4,200 crore in developing a new housing and commercial project in the Delhi-NCR region. This move is part of the company’s strategy to expand its portfolio amid growing demand in the thriving real estate Market.
The firm highlighted that it is targeting a mix of luxury housing, retail, and commercial projects set to launch over the next two years. These developments will be located in desirable micro-markets within Gurugram, particularly along the Dwarka Expressway and New Gurugram areas.
Sandeep Chhillar, the Chairman and Founder of Landmark Group, emphasized that Gurugram’s real estate sector is booming. He noted, “With our expansion plan, we aim to cater to the burgeoning demand in the region and enhance our product portfolio.” Currently, Landmark Group is working on two ongoing projects in Gurugram.
One of these projects, ‘Landmark Avana’, spans 15 acres and includes 228 independent floors and 170 plots. The second project, ‘Landmark Springhomes 81’, features 694 residential units along with 33,000 sq ft of commercial space, and is expected to be completed by December 2024.
Landmark Group has successfully delivered 15 residential projects, along with several commercial and retail ventures, cementing its reputation in the competitive real estate landscape of Gurugram.
